Group Training Basic Package month $97
5 days/week
- Includes Strength and Metabolic work
- Can attend any type of class
- Subscription to the XPS Trainer Software ($100 value)

2 days/week

- Train Tuesday and Thursday only at 6:00-7:00pm only

- Includes Strength and Conditioning

Assessment:

An assessment is a test to see where you stand and track your results over the course of your training. You will be assessed in the beginning and every 3-4 weeks as part of your training. You will be tested on:

  1. Body Composition (body weight, Fat %, and body measurements)
  2. ROM
  3. Strength
  4. Conditioning

Does not count as a work out meeting with your fitness coach. This is a visit by itself.

Personal Program:
A program based on your assessment tailored to the goals that you set at the beginning of training. This will include: strength, conditioning, warm ups, cool downs, and nutrition ideas.
Fitness Meetings:
This is either semi-private  where we work on your individual needs. It can be showing you new exercises, nutrition advice, or daily planning ideas.
Group Training Hours:
Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-6pm
Friday 330pm-5pm

- This exercise program is not for everyone: Whiners and Complainers are not Welcome!!
- Please bring a positive mental attitude, work hard and let’s have some fun!!
